Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current and active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Electrophysiology (EP) Lab required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia procedures and EP studies
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Prior travel assignment experience is valued but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the EP lab before, during, and after electrophysiology procedures
• Assist physicians with complex cardiac procedures, device implantations, and ablation therapies
• Monitor and document patient status, ensuring safety and well-being at each phase
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
