Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) for a travel assignment in Norfolk, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled cardiac nurse who thrives in a specialized procedural environment and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Assist physicians during electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, device implants, and other EP procedures
* Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
* Administer medications, including conscious sedation, in accordance with facility protocols
* Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
* Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Accurately document patient care, procedural details, and outcomes

Requirements:

* Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
* Minimum of two years of recent Electrophysiology or Cath Lab nursing experience
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation and procedural sedation preferred
* Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment skills
