Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in an EP (Electrophysiology) Lab
• Comprehensive understanding of cardiac EP procedures, including device implants and electrophysiology studies
• ACLS and BLS certifications current and maintained
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and dedicated teamwork skills
• Familiarity with monitoring equipment and EP Lab protocols

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care during EP Lab procedures
• Assist physicians during cardiac device placements, ablations, and diagnostic studies
• Monitor and assess patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and provide immediate response to any adverse events
• Accurately document all aspects of care in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
• Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and post-procedure care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
