Apply NowImmediate opportunity available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Electrophysiology (EP) experience to support cardiac care in a dynamic hospital environment. In this contract assignment, your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a collaborative electrophysiology lab.
Schedule
- Day shift (1DD) with every other weekend required.
- On-call rotation for RNs and Techs: Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am–4:30pm (no overnight call).
- Occasional late evening shifts, up to 8:00pm, once per week as needed.
Qualifications
- Current, active Illinois RN license required.
- Minimum of one year of dedicated EP lab experience.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility.
- EP experience is essential for this position.
- Ability to submit requests for time off (RTO) during application.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures.
- Work in tandem with electrophysiologists, technologists, and other clinical staff to deliver high-quality cardiac care.
- Monitor patient vitals and support during EP diagnostics, treatments, and device implants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participate actively in scheduled on-call and one late evening shift rotation as needed.

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
