Registered Nurse - Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab - Thomasville, North Carolina

An excellent opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Electrophysiology (EP) to contribute to high-quality patient care in a specialized EP Lab setting. This is a contract position focused on delivering technical and clinical expertise in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Proven competency in EP Lab protocols and equipment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with advanced EP studies, ablations, and device implants
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses during procedures
• Prepare and maintain the EP Lab suite and all equipment
• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
