Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Demonstrated experience working in an EP Lab environment.
• Proven expertise with electrophysiology procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and the broader cardiac care team.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; additional EP-related certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with a variety of electrophysiology procedures, including device implants, ablations, and studies.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and properly sanitized.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding procedures and post-care instructions.
• Document all procedures, medications administered, and patient responses accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
