Registered Nurse - Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab in Virginia Beach, VA

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (contract assignment)

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 2 years of recent experience in an Electrophysiology Lab
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of EP procedures and protocols
• Ability to interpret EKGs and cardiac rhythms
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented approach with great organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after EP procedures
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive EP studies and interventions
• Administer medications and manage IVs as directed
• Ensure accurate charting, documentation, and medication reconciliation
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care
• Strictly adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies
