Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert patient care throughout all phases of Electrophysiology lab procedures.
• Assist the cardiology team with monitoring, prepping, and recovery of EP lab patients.
• Anticipate physician needs, manage supplies, and maintain sterile procedures during interventions.
• Educate patients and families regarding pre- and post-procedure care.
• Accurately and promptly document all patient interactions and interventions in the EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state eligibility required).
• Minimum of 1-2 years current EP lab experience.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring, arrhythmias, and device management.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
• EPIC or similar EMR proficiency preferred.
