Schedule/Hours:

• Nights, 7PM – 7AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call or floating required
• Full time

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA (required)
• TNCC certification (required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant ER nursing experience preferred
• Participation in orientation/preceptor program required for new hires
• Must complete all annual competency verifications

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care using the nursing process for varied, high-acuity cases
• Independently address acute and complex patient needs, including psychological and social aspects
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor for efficacy and side effects
• Lead and delegate tasks to care team members
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
