Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room or urgent care setting
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with clinic-based nursing care and protocols
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the ACC holding unit, supporting ER and urgent care needs
• Assess, triage, and monitor patient conditions, responding quickly to urgent changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions based on physician orders and nursing best practices
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all care and interventions accurately in electronic medical records
• Serve as a resource for families and patients, providing education and updates on care and wellness
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by adhering to infection control protocols and facility standards
