Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license
• Clinical background in Emergency Room nursing
• Specialized experience in Pediatric Emergency care
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Proven ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, patients, and families
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with urgent and emergent needs, including pediatric cases
• Administer treatments, medications, and assist with procedures
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teammates to ensure prompt, accurate care
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and expectations
• Complete thorough documentation in accordance with hospital policy
• Stay current with emergency care standards and best practices
