Schedule:

Key Qualifications:
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum five years' experience working in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- At least two years' prior management or supervisory background in emergency services
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- TB clearance completed within the past twelve months
- Strong communication, decision-making, and collaborative leadership abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring optimal patient flow, care quality, and regulatory compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and support ER clinical staff; provide guidance on best practices and policy implementation
- Evaluate and improve departmental workflows to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Serve as a liaison with medical staff, ancillary departments, and administration on matters affecting ER performance
- Coordinate with the education team for ongoing staff education and competency assessments
- Lead by example in crisis response, resource management, and fostering a patient-centered care environment
