Key Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation competencies
- Excellent documentation, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to independently manage delegated medical functions and provide supportive, restorative therapies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform independent and delegated nursing care in compliance with state and hospital standards
- Continuously assess and monitor patients’ health status
- Deliver direct and indirect supportive care, including therapy and health counseling
- Document all care and activities according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
- Review and coordinate treatment plans, referring patients as appropriate
- Utilize available resources efficiently and effectively
