Key Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation competencies
• Excellent documentation, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to independently manage delegated medical functions and provide supportive, restorative therapies

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform independent and delegated nursing care in compliance with state and hospital standards
• Continuously assess and monitor patients’ health status
• Deliver direct and indirect supportive care, including therapy and health counseling
• Document all care and activities according to hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Review and coordinate treatment plans, referring patients as appropriate
• Utilize available resources efficiently and effectively
