Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Athens, Georgia

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC certifications are a plus
• Proficient in rapid assessment, trauma care, and triage
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients quickly and efficiently
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with confidence and care
• Educate patients and families on procedures, aftercare, and discharge plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver the highest standard of patient care
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
• Ensure compliance with protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
