Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 6:45pm – 7:15am

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
• Associates in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
• Minimum certifications upon hire: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 180 days of start
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 180 days of start
• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) or equivalent within 18 months
• Proficient in English and basic computer skills
• Decisive, collaborative, and demonstrates excellent critical thinking in high-acuity environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based emergency care across all phases of the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to peers and new staff
• Support performance improvement initiatives, clinical research, and professional development activities
