Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 6:45pm – 7:15am

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
- Associates in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s in Nursing preferred
- Minimum certifications upon hire: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 180 days of start
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within 180 days of start
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) or equivalent within 18 months
- Proficient in English and basic computer skills
- Decisive, collaborative, and demonstrates excellent critical thinking in high-acuity environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based emergency care across all phases of the nursing process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safe and efficient care delivery
- Serve as a mentor or preceptor to peers and new staff
- Support performance improvement initiatives, clinical research, and professional development activities
- Promote a respectful, inclusive work environment and uphold organizational policies and standards
