Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Recent ER nursing experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (other credentials may be required per assignment)
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt swiftly to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based care to patients in a busy Emergency Room
• Triage, prioritize, and monitor patients throughout their ER experience
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Respond quickly to emergent situations and support trauma/code team as needed
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with hospital policies and standards
