Schedule/Hours:
- Night shift: 7pm – 7am
- Two 24-hour on-call shifts within every 8-week period
Serving as a Clinical RN in the Emergency Department, you’ll be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that patient care is personalized, safe, and meets the highest standards. Learning under seasoned Nurse Managers and innovative leaders, you’ll broaden your skill set, gain valuable experience with evidence-based nursing, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Key Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
- Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
- Required certifications upon hire: BLS, ACLS (within 180 days), PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months)
- Strong English communication skills and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios
- Experience with direct patient care preferred, though early-career RNs are welcomed
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive emergency assessments, deliver patient-centered care, and coordinate communication across care teams
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, patient and family updates, and professional development
- Support clinical protocols and foster patient advocacy
