Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7pm – 7am
• Two 24-hour on-call shifts within every 8-week period

Serving as a Clinical RN in the Emergency Department, you’ll be an essential member of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring that patient care is personalized, safe, and meets the highest standards. Key Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
• Minimum: Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Required certifications upon hire: BLS, ACLS (within 180 days), PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months)
• Strong English communication skills and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios
• Experience with direct patient care preferred, though early-career RNs are welcomed
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement
