Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Brandon, Mississippi

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills
• Ability to collaborate efficiently under pressure with physicians and fellow nurses
• Demonstrates quick-thinking, adaptability, and resilience in acute situations

Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients entering the Emergency Department
• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform necessary procedures with accuracy
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families during stressful encounters
• Work collaboratively to respond to emergent situations and deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Assist with rapid stabilization, trauma care, and code response as needed
