Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Bristol, CT

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a strong background in Emergency Department settings
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Comprehensive knowledge of emergency care procedures
• Previous experience managing ED holds is highly desirable
• Adaptable and calm under pressure, with superior critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for a wide range of patients
• Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care plans
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to acute changes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Efficiently manage ED holds as needed
• Maintain meticulous records in line with best practices and facility protocols
