Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license with a strong background in Emergency Department settings
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Comprehensive knowledge of emergency care procedures
- Previous experience managing ED holds is highly desirable
- Adaptable and calm under pressure, with superior critical thinking skills
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care for a wide range of patients
- Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care plans
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to acute changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Efficiently manage ED holds as needed
- Maintain meticulous records in line with best practices and facility protocols
