Schedule:

• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Every Other Weekend (EOW) rotation

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Extensive experience in Emergency Room nursing
• Skilled in managing both Emergency Department and Inpatient Hold patients and acuity/ratios
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure settings

Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and provide direct patient care for both ED cases and inpatient holds
• Manage appropriate RN-to-patient ratios and acuity levels per institutional guidelines
• Document critical patient information and interventions accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care
• Maintain a patient-centered approach during challenging situations
