Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum one year of recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in electronic medical records and standard ER equipment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid assessment and prioritization of incoming ER patients
- Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage patient care plans according to best practices
- Clearly communicate with physicians, patients, and families during high-stress situations
- Document all clinical findings, treatments, and responses accurately and promptly
- Participate in emergency response procedures as required
- Monitor patient status and update care protocols accordingly
- Ensure safe, compassionate care is provided at all times
