Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience working in an Emergency Room setting
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records and standard ER equipment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid assessment and prioritization of incoming ER patients
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage patient care plans according to best practices
• Clearly communicate with physicians, patients, and families during high-stress situations
• Document all clinical findings, treatments, and responses accurately and promptly
• Participate in emergency response procedures as required
• Monitor patient status and update care protocols accordingly
• Ensure safe, compassionate care is provided at all times
