Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Proven skills in triage, critical thinking, and rapid assessment
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional relevant certifications preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room
• Perform assessments, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records
• Uphold infection control and safety standards in all aspects of care
