An engaging opportunity is available for experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses seeking a dynamic, high-performance setting. This contract role involves providing acute nursing care in a fast-paced ER environment with care delivery occurring in both hallway and bay areas. Nurses navigate multiple care areas to access patients, medications, and supplies, managing rapid turnover and a consistently high level of activity.
Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- Day/Night rotating shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday shift required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with ER nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year travel nursing experience
- Proficiency caring for patients in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Ability to adapt to delivering care in non-traditional spaces, including hallways
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- Capable communicator able to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care to a wide variety of patients
- Provide responsive, patient-centered care in both hallways and traditional bays
- Rapidly assess, prioritize, and stabilize patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Navigate efficiently across different care areas to obtain needed resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and prioritize patient safety in a changing environment
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and families under pressure

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
