Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current RN license
• At least one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
• Strong assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess incoming emergency patients, determining immediate care needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by medical staff
• Monitor patient vital signs and rapidly respond to changes in condition
