Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and unencumbered RN licensure
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room environment
• BLS, ACLS (required), TNCC and PALS preferred
• Superior critical thinking, communication, and time management abilities
• Adaptability to fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing rapid, accurate assessments in the ER and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
• Executing physician orders, monitoring patients, administering treatments and medications
• Communicating clearly with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Documenting care efficiently and accurately in EMR systems
• Participating actively in trauma and code response situations
• Supporting initiatives for patient safety and quality improvement
