(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Burnsville, Minnesota

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Variable evening or night shifts

Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota RN license
• BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Adaptability to fluctuating environments and patient acuity levels
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER, ensuring safety and comfort
• Perform rapid assessment and triage, implementing appropriate interventions
• Document patient status, nursing assessments, and care provided in the medical record
• Assist with emergent procedures and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and evidence-based protocols
