Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Cambridge, MA

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift, 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP and TNCC strongly preferred)
• Proficiency in all core ED nursing skills: patient assessment, documentation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, EKGs, cardiac monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, patient education, and critical thinking
• Experience working with all patient populations
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments and occasional rotating shifts as requested

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a high-volume Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately
• Perform urgent procedures and implement critical interventions when necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and effective care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
