Schedule:

  • 3 night shifts per week
  • Every other weekend required
  • Flexible coverage within all ED sections; no floating outside ER

Required Qualifications:

  • Active RN License
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC (must have all prior to submission)
  • CPI certification before date of hire
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in high-volume ED/Level 2 trauma center
  • At least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience (RN-ER and/or RN-ER Pediatrics)
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable mindset, positive teammate, effective real-time coaching
  • Comfortable working with Cerner documentation and advanced monitoring equipment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent care in a 101-bed Emergency Department, including pediatric and behavioral holds
  • Carry out advanced procedures and acute interventions
  • Ensure all patient boards and updates adhere to AIDET and high patient experience standards
  • Collaborate closely with techs, clerks, and a multidisciplinary team
  • Uphold the department’s principles of respect, excellence, and patient advocacy

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
