Clinic (RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Canton, Georgia

Step into a dynamic nursing environment, providing expert care in an Acute Care Clinical (ACC) holding unit with an ER/Urgent Care focus. This contract nursing opportunity offers you a chance to engage directly in high-impact patient care, supporting patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Schedule & Hours:

• 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care to patients in the holding unit with an emphasis on emergency and urgent care needs
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary health teams to enact patient care plans
• Triage and prioritize patient needs in a busy ER/urgent care environment
• Administer medications, treatments, and care interventions accurately and safely
• Provide patient and family education on treatment options, instructions, and post-discharge care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Recent clinical experience in emergency room and/or urgent care settings required
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment, especially in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
• BLS and ACLS certifications (other specialty certifications a plus)

$1,475 - $1,614/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
