Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- Previous experience in Emergency Room (ER) and clinic environments
- Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Adaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced unit
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in an ER/Urgent Care holding unit
- Assess patient conditions, initiate appropriate care, and accurately document interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient treatment
- Provide support and education to patients and their families during urgent and emergent situations
- Adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures for clinical safety and quality
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and advocate for patient needs

$1,475 - $1,614/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
