Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Charlotte, NC

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Proven ability to triage, assess, and monitor critically ill and injured patients
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments and accurately document findings
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care following ER protocols
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff
• Initiate life-saving interventions as needed, including CPR and medication administration
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatments, follow-up care, and discharge instructions
• Participate in team huddles, debriefs, and quality improvement initiatives
• Uphold strict standards of infection control and patient confidentiality
