Responsibilities include:

• Responding swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies in a high-acuity Emergency Room setting
• Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and developing care plans
• Administering medications, IVs, and treatments as ordered by providers
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Adhering to best practices, safety standards, and evidence-based protocols
• Documenting care interventions promptly and accurately
• Maintaining flexibility and calm under pressure while prioritizing patient needs

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Emergency Room (ER) environment
• BLS, ACLS certifications; PALS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Adaptable and committed to excellence in patient care
