Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Chino Valley, AZ

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS and TNCC preferred)
• Proficiency in rapid assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making
• Strong communication and collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient triage, prioritize care, and conduct ongoing assessments
• Initiate and administer emergency interventions based on patient needs
• Monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, procedures, and follow-up care
• Support physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic and treatment procedures
• Ensure all safety, infection control, and hospital protocols are rigorously followed
