Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in California
• At least one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Competence in rapid assessment, triage, and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based patient care in a busy ER, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Monitor and document patient status, administering interventions as necessary
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
