Assignment Specifics:

• 13-week engagement
• Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts
• Patient ratio normally 1:4, may flex to 1:6 during high volume
• 24/7 provider coverage with physician and swing shift APP

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with ED experience required
• Previous rural/critical access hospital experience highly valued
• Background in serving Indigenous populations preferred
• Comfortable in a small, rural ER with variable patient flow
• Must have reliable personal transportation/own vehicle
• Must reside 60+ miles from facility
