Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts may be available (specific hours discussed during interview process)
• Rotating weekends and holidays may be required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care to ER patients of all ages
• Perform rapid patient assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and document observations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide educational support to patients and families
• Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and trauma cases
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, protocols, and safety regulations
