Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience
• Proficiency in emergency protocols, triage, and acute care practices
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong assessment, documentation, and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to effectively manage shifting priorities in a high-pressure ER environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established ER protocols and standards
• Conduct rapid assessment and triage of incoming patients
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as required
• Accurately document patient conditions, treatments, and responses
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team
• Support patient safety initiatives and participate in code teams as needed
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility policies during each shift
