Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Clinton, New York

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable shifts
• 36–40 hours per week

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
• Proficient in triage, critical care prioritization, and rapid assessment
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-stress situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with a broad range of acute and emergent conditions
• Perform accurate triage and prioritize cases efficiently
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions safely
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and clinical findings
• Maintain clear, concise, and thorough documentation for all patient interactions
• Educate patients and families on conditions, care plans, and discharge instructions
• Follow infection control, hospital protocols, and safety regulations at all times
