Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license with good standing
- Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience highly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications such as PALS/TNCC are a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide ER nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety regulations
- Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members
