Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the emergency department to ensure optimal patient flow and staff utilization.
• Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients ranging from minor injuries to critical emergencies.
• Coordinate with physicians, support staff, and other departments for efficient treatment delivery.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff, addressing performance and guiding professional growth.
• Maintain rigorous standards for patient documentation, safety protocols, and infection control.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations and ensure adherence to clinical best practices.
• Participate in department meetings, quality assurance, and policy development.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years’ recent experience in an Emergency Room/RN-ER setting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with supervisory experience in a clinical environment.
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
