Supervisor Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Cloquet, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience highly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress situations
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications such as PALS/TNCC are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide ER nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety regulations
• Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and care delivery
