Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Clovis, CA

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ER experience required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (and TNCC preferred)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and implement clinician-ordered interventions
• Respond efficiently to emergent and urgent care needs, including trauma, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies
• Provide attentive care to diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and comfort throughout their ER visit
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to deliver rapid, effective patient care
• Document clinical findings, treatments, and patient progress clearly and thoroughly
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, discharge instructions, and health management

Schedule/Hours:

• Contract position with variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 emergency care
