Travel Registered Nurse ER | Cogswell, North Dakota

Schedule/Hours:

• 7a-7p or 7p-7a available
• Block scheduling possible depending on needs
• 6-week schedules, with every 3rd weekend and rotation into holidays preferred

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS; TNCC required for ER shifts
• Proven confidence in assessments, infusion pump use, medication administration, reliable team player
• Ability to titrate drips, including Insulin, Heparin, Levophed, and manage Amiodarone
• Prefer ER experience; first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
• Experience in critical access settings beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care for diverse diagnoses including falls, CHF, bowel obstruction, A-fib, and swingbed patients
• Independently interpret patient tele strips using Mindray Monitors
• Participate in block scheduling, assist in the ER as needed, and manage respiratory treatments (Hamilton C1, Cpap, BiPap, high-flow)
• Work collaboratively with charge nurses (without direct patient assignments) and CNAs/PCTs supporting VS, ADLs, documentation, and I&Os
• Embrace flexibility, covering multiple aspects of patient care with a can-do attitude
