Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room setting (ER)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or trauma situations
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in the ER, including triage, assessment, and stabilization
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient status
• Administer medications and emergency interventions as needed
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and post-discharge instructions
