Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in emergency room settings required
• Proficiency in triage, rapid assessment, and emergency interventions
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to remain calm and decisive in urgent situations
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, immediate nursing care to ER patients
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care needs, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate efficiently with physicians, technicians, and other clinicians
• Monitor and document patient status, treatments, and responses
• Administer medications and manage IVs with accuracy and timeliness
• Provide support, comfort, and education to patients and their families during challenging experiences
