Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience in an Emergency Room (ER) required
- Proficiency in assessing, triaging, and responding to acute patient needs
- Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, triage, and care for patients experiencing urgent and emergency medical situations
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform other nursing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to rapidly develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Provide education and support to patients and families in stressful situations
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with policy and regulatory standards
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized ER environment
