Schedule/Hours:
- 36 or 48 hours per week
- Night shifts
- No on-call requirements
Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in Rhode Island or compact state eligibility
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of recent, hands-on experience in a Level One Trauma center
- Completion of VOICE ADVANTAGE INTERVIEW – List A required
- Commitment to starting one of the following orientation weekends: August 17 or August 31
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based emergency nursing care to individuals of all ages with critical conditions
- Triage and monitor patients according to acuity, promptly identifying emergent cases
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and manage emergency interventions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, multi-disciplinary teams, and support staff
- Communicate effectively with families, ensuring compassion and clarity
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and treatment plans in compliance with hospital protocols

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
