Registered Nurse - Emergency Room (ER RN) - Cumming, Georgia

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Emergency Room care, including pediatric emergency experience, for a contract assignment. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Pediatric ER experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients in the Emergency Department
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and support staff to create and execute individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about care procedures, treatments, and ongoing health management
• Document all care provided according to departmental standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain composure and efficiency in urgent and emergent situations
