Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Dearborn, MI

Experienced registered nurses with a background in emergency care are invited to join a dynamic environment supporting patients through critical moments. This contract opportunity is available for a 13-week assignment, with the possibility of extension, and requires a commitment to three 12-hour night shifts per week, from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Please note, there is no block scheduling and no on-call requirement.

Schedule:

• 3 night shifts per week: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• No block scheduling
• No on-call obligations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (State of Michigan required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (required), TNCC preferred
• Minimum one year of recent ER experience
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and manage care for patients experiencing medical emergencies
• Administer medications and perform interventions promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive care
• Document patient information and interventions thoroughly and in a timely manner
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
• Follow all safety, infection control, and hospital policies and procedures
