Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Dearborn, MI

Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.)
• No block scheduling
• No on-call requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current certifications in ACLS and BLS required; TNCC preferred
• Minimum of one year of emergency department RN experience
• Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients presenting with acute medical needs
• Perform thorough patient assessments and rapid triage to determine care priorities
• Administer medications, start IVs, and assist with emergency interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary emergency teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Accurately document all care provided in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Respond efficiently to evolving situations and unexpected emergencies
