(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Dearborn, Michigan

Bring your expertise in emergency nursing to a dynamic contract role with a 13-week assignment and the potential for extension. This opportunity offers exposure to a fast-paced environment where your clinical skills and quick decision-making are valued every day.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Mids: Variable shifts, including 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• No block schedule
• No on-call required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current, active RN license in the State of Michigan
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (TNCC preferred)
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to variable shift assignments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Room environment
• Triage, monitor, and treat patients experiencing acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, peers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and provide patient/family education
• Manage documentation and patient records efficiently and accurately
• Support the care team in maintaining a safe, responsive, and compassionate environment

$1,924 - $2,105/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
