Registered Nurse - Emergency Room in Decatur, GA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated recent experience in an emergency room setting
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications required
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-stress environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess incoming patients with acute medical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond rapidly to changes
• Document all care and patient interactions accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
