Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted RN license
• Recent ER nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, teaching, and counseling skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Adaptability for floating to various departments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks per State Board of Nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a high-acuity emergency environment
• Provide direct and indirect supportive or restorative therapy and treatment
• Engage in patient education, health counseling, and referrals for advanced evaluation or care
• Monitor and document therapy and treatment plans according to regulatory and hospital standards
