(RN) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Denver, Colorado

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Room setting
• Proficiency in emergency response protocols and patient stabilization
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and decision-making skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications such as PALS or TNCC preferred)
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Rapidly assess and prioritize patients based on acuity
• Initiate life-saving procedures and administer medications as ordered
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and changes in condition accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and timely flow of patient care
• Educate patients and families about treatments and next steps
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality care
